Mission Statement
AFC’s mission statement is to assist the Australian football community to be one of the top football nations, both on and off the field, within the Asia-Pacific region, by:
- Developing a high level of educational and technical expertise amongst football players coaches and associated football personnel
- Working towards building an ongoing mutual relationship with Football Federation Australia and other Football organisations within our region
- Developing and fostering a professional football culture from grassroots and community levels right through to the professional and elite arenas.
- Providing education, tools and resources to develop, promote and support sporting organizations’ capabilities through management, marketing, development, facilities, events and support services.
- Continuing to be the innovator and leader in academic football education throughout Australia.
